This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room with old-world rustic charm. The location was ideal there, in restaurant for meals. Further, it was so close to railway station and attractions, the pub in a cottage, and a local landmark.

Its location in Newbury was perfect, so close to high clere castle and national trust properties, a very light conservatory at the back and fantastic views over fields and land part of the estate which is massively underplayed as the view was amazing. Besides, this hotel was located 3 km away from Burghclere.

Perfect and excellent location in need of refurbishment was a plus. It was also near the Castle and fantastic views over fields and land part of the estate which is massively underplayed as the view was amazing.
